1) Insurance companies require me, as your therapist, to divulge some sensitive information about your treatment.
2) Insurance companies require me to provide you with a diagnosis, which means viewing you through the lens of pathology.
3) Insurance companies will oftentimes dictate how many sessions you and I are approved to complete together. Those parameters can be restrictive, and I want to do what is in your best interest as we collaboratively create an action plan for your soul care.

Insurance Options for Colorado & Illinois:
New Terrain Therapy accepts Medicare, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum (Oscar, United, Oxford) and Aetna.
New Terrain Therapy uses Headway for admin and billing; with the exception of Medicare.
Prior to our first session, it is encouraged to reach out to your insurance company to obtain information regarding your benefits and deductible.
