Therapy for when the strong one loses the map—and life feels like a total WTF.
It's time to talk to someone who's objective. Someone who isn't your partner/sibling/ friend/ parent/coworker. Someone who has training in this kind of thing. Someone who might actually get what you're going through. Whether this is in person or online for your mental health.

You’re Holding a Lot—Even If It Looks Like You’re “Fine”
On the outside, you may look capable, accomplished, and steady. On the inside, it can feel like a constant push; anxiety humming beneath the surface, exhaustion that rest doesn’t fix, emotions that come out of nowhere, or a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar. Many women I work with are navigating trauma, grief, chronic stress, neurodivergence, or life transitions like perimenopause that amplify everything at once. You might be a professional, caregiver, or the one everyone depends on while quietly wondering when you get to feel okay again.
You’re not broken or failing. Your nervous system has been doing its best to carry too much for too long.
I specialize in working with Millennial, Gen X, and Gen Z women who are ready to stop pushing through and start listening to what their bodies and inner worlds are asking for. Using trauma-informed EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, and somatic tools, our work focuses on helping your system slow down, feel safer, and release patterns that once protected you but now keep you stuck. Together, we make space to heal old wounds, navigate midlife and identity shifts, and reconnect with your sense of self without forcing change or bypassing the hard parts.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or minimize your experience. We move at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, holding the heavy things with care, curiosity, and compassion. With time, many women find they feel calmer in their bodies, clearer in their choices, and more grounded in who they are becoming. You don’t have to do this season alone—and you don’t have to keep surviving your way through it.

Therapy can feel heavy sometimes, but you won’t be carrying it alone. Together, we’ll balance the hard work with humor and moments of lightness that bring real relief. Feeling nervous or unsure if therapy is right for you? That’s totally normal. Click below to find answers to common questions and take the first step.

Committing to this work takes courage (and maybe a little caffeine). Healing isn’t just about managing symptoms or dropping old habits—it’s about giving yourself the space to slow down, reflect, and grow. Think of therapy as your secret superpower for lasting change.

My goal is to create a relaxed space where you can truly feel at ease—because the relationship with your therapist matters, whether we meet in person or online. I get that choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming (kind of like picking a Netflix show—so many options!). So, why not grab a virtual coffee, pull up a chair, and let’s chat? I’m looking forward to getting to know you.
I pursued EMDR certification because I’m committed to offering effective, research-backed care for those navigating trauma, Complex PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions that feel like they should come with a manual. For many of my clients, midlife and perimenopause bring not only hot flashes but also old wounds, bigger questions, and a sudden urge to reassess everything; sometimes all before lunch. EMDR helps untangle the layers so you can feel more like yourself (or maybe meet the you you’ve been waiting to become).
Becoming certified meant years of advanced training, ongoing consultation, and plenty of practice to ensure I can guide the process with safety, skill, and deep respect for your pace. And I believe in walking the walk ...I won’t ask you to try anything I haven’t explored myself. This work is powerful, personal, and yes, at times, surprisingly lighter than you might expect. EMDR has changed how I understand healing, and I’m honored to offer that same possibility for lasting change; with compassion, curiosity, and maybe a knowing laugh along the way.
